md44 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and md44 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the md44 website, all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and related features available at md44.ws. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. md44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on md44 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. md44 does not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to open an Account or participate in any game or betting activity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, as an individual private person. Registering or using an Account on behalf of a third party, corporation, syndicate or group is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Any deliberate misrepresentation — including providing a false name, mobile number, date of birth or payment method details — will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from md44 at the time of registration. Players who are aware that they have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to contact our support team before opening an Account.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on md44. Operating multiple Accounts — whether to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim a welcome bonus more than once, or for any other reason — is prohibited and will result in all Accounts being suspended and Funds being withheld pending investigation.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. md44 will never ask you for your full password via any channel. Any activity that occurs in your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
• You must notify md44 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. md44 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials or your failure to notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
• md44 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership as part of its KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. md44 will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy policy to an Account.
• md44 uses SSL encryption on all Account sessions. Players are encouraged to use a unique password not used on any other website and to log out of shared or public devices after every session.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on md44 are conducted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). md44 does not charge conversion fees for Bangladesh players. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit at md44 is ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Bank transfer minimums may vary by institution. Deposits are credited to the Account wallet in real time or as fast as the payment provider's network allows.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. md44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, public holidays or when additional verification is required.
• md44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered Account holder. Any deposit received from an unverified or mismatched payment source may be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• md44 reserves the right to impose deposit and withdrawal limits on any Account at any time, including in the context of responsible gaming self-limits set by the Player or imposed by md44 following a review of account activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

md44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the Account in the form of promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each offer will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new registered players only. md44 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player claiming a first-deposit bonus and to void bonus credit and any associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• md44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, the offer terms at the time of claiming will apply unless a material error has occurred.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, converted to cash without completing wagering requirements, or claimed using multiple Accounts. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated or automated play constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

All Players are expected to use md44 in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture or permanent ban:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated system to play games, place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players. This includes but is not limited to RNG manipulation software, arbitrage bots and any form of artificial wagering pattern.
• Colluding with other players or md44 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market or promotional offer. This includes chip dumping in poker-style games and coordinated multi-account play.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any support interaction, including the use of forged identity documents or payment proof.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or undeclared game vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings or any other benefit not intended under normal gameplay conditions. Any winnings derived from a technical error must be reported to support and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. md44 is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

md44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to assist players in maintaining control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but increases to the limit require a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who feels that gambling is adversely affecting their life may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from md44. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to our support team at [email protected] and will be actioned within 24 hours.
• Time-out: Players may request a short-term account time-out of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days at any time. During a time-out the Account is suspended for gameplay and betting. Deposits and withdrawals of existing Funds may still be processed during the time-out period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the md44 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, text, trademarks, and proprietary databases — is owned by or licensed to md44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of md44. Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi, and is subject to their respective licensing terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, md44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption to service caused by factors outside md44's reasonable control such as network outages, payment provider delays or force majeure events.

md44's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by you and held in your Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits md44's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

md44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Player rights or obligations — md44 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account. Non-material changes (such as formatting updates, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or the correction of typographical errors) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notice.
